What research did you participate in at Illinois?
Rolled-up nanotechnology and electronics

How did your time at Illinois shape your work now? 
My time at Illinois was the best experience I had in my life, which guided me to my current career and helped me get a high starting point.

What advice do you have for current students?
Keep in mind that, at Illinois, your talent and effort is no longer for yourself, but for the better future of mankind.

 

Huang has published more than 40 papers. His expertise lies in the area of the advanced nano-scale RF/microwave/power devices and circuits. He has explored origami membrane nanotechnology and 2-D material enabled novel design and fabrication for RF/microwave/Power IC miniaturization as well as the design and fabrication of soft/stretchable RF/microwave/power electronics for wearable applications. He is also familiar with traditional RFIC/MMIC design and measurement, and circuit-level semiconductor device modeling.
