EVG 810 Surface Activating Plasma
| The EVG 810 can use O2 and N2 plasmas to create dangling bonds on a variety of surfaces. These dangling bonds then facilitate low temperature bonding without the need for an adhesive. Currently, the tool is calibrated for dielectrics and certain semiconductors. The tool can process small samples and up to 8” wafers. Installed Fall 2024. |
