MNTL Cleanroom Chemical Inventory 2016

DUE APRIL 30 2016. Any UNCLAIMED chemical wll be removef from Cleanroom afterward!!

We are running out of storage space for chemicals in MNTL cleanroom, and we have not done chemical inventory for two years. In order to remove unused chemical to create storage space for new chemical we need in MNTL cleanroom, we will be doing chemical inventory in April 2016.

Please download the Excel file and fill out the chemical you and your group store in each room of MNTL cleanroom, and email the excel file to MNTL cleanroom before April 30. Any unclaimed chemcial in MNTL cleanroom will be removed after April 30,2016

To bring new chemical to MNTL cleanroom, please email the MSDS and SOP to MNTL cleanroom. You can download the SOP template and SOP Example
